About VRC
Virtual Remote Control (VRC) is an ongoing research initiative to develop a risk management approach to managing access to Web resources over time. VRC emerged from a larger research project that was led by the Digital Libraries Research Group in the Computer Science Department at Cornell University. Project Prism was a 4-year funded by the NSF. Cornell received a 1-year extension to conclude the project in April 2004.
