Why we didn't review Log Analyzing tools
Log analyzers read a web server's log file and produce reports that aggregate and summarize information about how users are using the site. The information is gleaned the transaction log where the web server writes notes about the requesting IP address, the kind of browser, the requested page, and similar data. Because the logs are accessible only by the maintainers of a server, and because the log files record characteristics of the users, not of the pages or sites, log analyzers are not useful for web archiving or for remote risk management. We are not evaluating log analyzers here.
